No. Most of our team started with little or no sales experience. We provide full training on the client, the product and the conversation, plus daily coaching in the field.
What kind of roles do you hire for?
We hire entry level sales and marketing representatives, and we promote from within into mentor, campaign lead and market leadership roles based on performance.
Where are the positions based?
Our team is based in Charleston, South Carolina and works territories across the surrounding South Carolina markets.
How long does the application take?
About two minutes. We ask for your name, contact details, location, the role you are interested in and your résumé. Everything else is covered in the interview.
How quickly will I hear back?
We review every application and aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your submission.
Is this a commission-only role?
Compensation structure is discussed openly during the interview process. Advancement and earnings are tied to performance, and we are transparent about how both work before you accept an offer.
